PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. PURCHASE OPTIONS
No Try-Before-You-Buy Policy
Seláni Brand does not offer a try-before-you-buy program. All purchases are final once processed, and customers are responsible for reviewing product details before completing checkout.
Pre-Orders
Certain products may be available for pre-order before they are officially in stock. When placing a pre-order:
- Payment is charged at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.
- Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page but are subject to change.
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled once processed, except under specific conditions outlined below.
2. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans can change. Customers may request modifications or cancellations under the following conditions:
Regular Orders
- Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellation will not be possible.
- After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers must follow the Return Policy if they wish to return an item.
Pre-Orders

Within 48 Hours of Purchase: Customers may cancel or modify a pre-order within 48 hours of placing it by contacting info@selanibrand.com.

After 48 Hours: Pre-orders are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:
- Unexpected product delays exceeding 30 days from the original estimated ship date.
- A significant change in the product specifications or design.

If a pre-order is delayed beyond 30 days, customers will be given the option to:
- Keep the pre-order and wait for delivery.
- Request a full refund by emailing info@selanibrand.com.
3. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
- Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once processing has begun.
- Estimated production and shipping times will be provided at checkout.
4. REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS
If an order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review cancellation terms before placing an order.
