At Seláni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure a smooth and fair return process.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused, in its original condition
• With tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

• The item must be unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
