SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Seláni Brand currently ships from Thailand to customers worldwide. Once inventory is available in the United States, orders for U.S.-based customers will be shipped from our Los Angeles HQ to provide faster delivery times.

Current Fulfillment Location:

  • All orders are currently processed and shipped from Thailand.
  • Once U.S. inventory is stocked, orders placed within the United States will ship from our Los Angeles HQ.

2. PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume sales periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

International Shipping

  • Asia-Pacific: 5-10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Middle East: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Once U.S. fulfillment is available, domestic orders within the United States will have faster shipping times.


4. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Domestic (Thailand) Shipping Rates

  • Orders under ฿4000: Flat rate of ฿200
  • Orders over ฿4000: Free shipping

International Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs vary by location and weight.
  • Real-time rates from DHL, UPS, and FedEx are provided at checkout.

Once U.S. fulfillment is available, domestic shipping rates within the U.S. will be updated.


5. DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS FEES

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes, depending on the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Seláni Brand is not liable for any delays or costs associated with customs clearance.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

6. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the system.
  • If you have not received your tracking details, please contact us at info@selanibrand.com.

7. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking details.
  • If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@selanibrand.com, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Seláni Brand is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

8. CHANGES TO SHIPPING POLICY

This policy may be updated as U.S. fulfillment becomes available. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review our shipping terms before placing an order.
